First Fridays - Sponsored by Artlink Every first Friday of the month around sundown, there is a huge art walk dowtown. All of the galleries are loaded with exhibitions by local artists and performers. The best part is, the admission to the galleries is free. Phoenix Art Museum - Definitely the largest art museum in Phoenix, with over 17,000 works. They have hosted many great touring exhibitions as well.

Scottsdale Museum Of Contemporary Art - They focus mostly on contemporary art and architecture. They hosted the Andy Worhol touring exhibition, which was exciting. They are located right next to the Scottsdale Center for the Arts, which holds many artistic performances and dance concerts throughout the year.
